Tips for your warm-up
  • New domains need the most patience. Expect 4-8 weeks before reaching full volume.
  • Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before sending any emails. This is non-negotiable.
  • Cold outreach requires the slowest ramp-up. Recipients don't expect your emails, so spam complaints are higher.
  • Keep your bounce rate below 1% and spam complaint rate below 0.1% at all times.
  • Google Workspace has a hard limit of 2,000 emails/day. For higher volumes, use a dedicated SMTP provider.
  • Monitor your health score daily during warm-up. If it drops below 80, pause and investigate.
  • Send during business hours (9am-5pm recipient timezone) with randomized timing for natural patterns.
