Stekpad will integrate with the email providers and tools you already use. Custom SMTP/IMAP is available at launch, with Gmail and Outlook OAuth following shortly after. We are building integrations based on what users need most — if you do not see your tool here, let us know.
Connect any email provider that supports SMTP and IMAP. This includes SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, SparkPost, Zoho Mail, and any other provider that offers standard email protocols. Enter your SMTP and IMAP credentials, and Stekpad handles the rest. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. This is the most flexible integration and works with virtually any email infrastructure.
Connect your Gmail accounts with one click via OAuth2, no app passwords required. Stekpad will use the Gmail API to send and receive warm-up emails without storing your password. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. This integration is currently in development and will be available at launch for Google Workspace and personal Gmail accounts.
Connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 accounts using OAuth. Stekpad will integrate directly with the Microsoft Graph API to manage warm-up emails securely. This integration supports both personal Outlook accounts and business Microsoft 365 accounts. Currently in development — available at launch.
Integrate Stekpad into your existing workflow with a RESTful API. Add mailboxes, pull health scores, trigger warm-up schedules, and query deliverability data programmatically. The API will return predictable JSON responses and use standard HTTP authentication with API keys. Planned for post-launch release.
Connect Stekpad to thousands of apps through Zapier. Automate workflows like adding new mailboxes when a client is onboarded in your CRM, sending Slack notifications when health scores drop, or logging deliverability data to Google Sheets. Planned for a future release after launch.
Get real-time alerts and notifications directly in your Slack workspace. Receive notifications when health scores change, when a domain is blacklisted, or when DNS records are misconfigured. Planned for a future release after launch.
How integrations work
Connecting your email accounts to Stekpad is straightforward and secure. For Gmail and Outlook, we use OAuth 2.0 — you authorize Stekpad through your provider's login screen, and we receive a secure token that grants limited access to send and read warm-up emails. Your password is never shared with us. For custom SMTP providers, you enter your SMTP and IMAP credentials, which are immediately encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. You can revoke access at any time from your Stekpad dashboard or directly from your email provider's settings. Security is not an afterthought — it is built into every integration from the ground up.
