Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Stekpad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

Stekpad provides an AI-powered email warm-up service designed to improve email deliverability by gradually building sender reputation. The service includes automated warm-up email exchanges, health score monitoring, DNS record checking, blacklist monitoring, and inbox placement testing.

Warm-up emails are generated using artificial intelligence and exchanged between your mailbox and our network of seed accounts and other users in the community pool. The content of warm-up emails is not intended to be read by humans and exists solely to establish sending patterns that email providers recognize as legitimate.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stekpad. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use the same account, except through the Team feature available on Enterprise plans.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in euros and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact support@stekpad.com to request a refund.

You agree to use Stekpad only for its intended purpose of warming up email accounts and improving deliverability. You may not use the service to:

Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or use warm-up to mask spamming activity. Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam or data protection laws. Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse our API, or disrupt the service. Connect mailboxes that you do not own or have authorization to use. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service. Resell or redistribute the service without a white-label agreement.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Stekpad service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Stekpad SAS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the service, including mailbox configurations and settings. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-generated warm-up email content is created for functional purposes and is not subject to copyright claims by either party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for your subscription, or if we reasonably believe your use of the service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

We may also discontinue the service entirely with 90 days notice to all users.

Stekpad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve specific deliverability results.

Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, including your sending practices, email content, recipient behavior, and email provider policies. Warm-up improves sender reputation but cannot guarantee inbox placement.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by email providers, including filtering, blocking, or rate-limiting your emails.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stekpad SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
