How do I connect my mailbox?
Go to your dashboard, click "Add Mailbox", and follow the wizard. We support Gmail, Outlook, and any provider with SMTP/IMAP access. Our setup guide walks you through app passwords and OAuth2 configuration.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All email credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We never read or store the content of your real emails. Warm-up conversations are AI-generated and exist solely to build your reputation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
